Automation Framework Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Automation Framework Engineer to lead the development of a synchronized automation framework for closed-loop rig testing. This role focuses on integrating Human-Machine Interface (HMI) evaluation and ensuring precise time synchronization across simulation and hardware platforms for accurate and repeatable test execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement an automation framework to support closed-loop HIL testing.
• Integrate Drive Sim scenario execution with time synchronization mechanisms.
• Automate HMI evaluation and ensure compatibility with existing rig architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate measurement techniques and enhance test infrastructure.

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• Python : Strong scripting skills for automation and integration.
• dSPACE AutomationDesk : Experience in HIL orchestration.
• Vector CANoe & CANape : Proficiency in bus simulation, signal monitoring, and calibration.
• Corvus : Familiarity with data logging and analysis.
• AWS Cloud : Understanding of cloud-based storage, compute, and CI/CD.
• Linux (Ubuntu) : System-level knowledge for deployment and debugging.
• Git : Version control and collaborative development.
• Scenario-Based Testing : Hands‑on experience with NV DriveSim 2.0, dSPACE ASM, or IPG Carmaker.
• Background in HIL testing and automation framework development.
• Strong understanding of time synchronization across platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
