Automation Implementation Lead

Cencora is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead a major automation implementation programme within its distribution operations in the UK. This fixed-term role focuses on delivering end-to-end project leadership from installation through go-live and ramp-up to full utilisation.

You will align cross-functional teams across operations, IT, finance and suppliers, manage risks, and establish readiness and training plans to ensure a seamless transition to automated operations.
