Automation Test Engineer

This role gives you the opportunity to combine hands‑on test automation with genuine influence over software quality.

You will work across an established insurance technology portfolio while helping evolve our automation approach and tooling. You will have the space to improve testing practices, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and contribute directly to the quality of products serving the insurance sector.

For someone who enjoys solving problems rather than simply executing test scripts, it offers a strong balance of technical ownership, product impact, and long-term development within a global data, analytics, and technology organization.

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer to help us strengthen the quality, reliability, and performance of these products.

This is more than a test execution role. You will have real ownership of automation, influence how quality is built into the development lifecycle, and work closely with engineering, product, and business colleagues to make sure our software is ready for release.

Our wider Claims technology environment includes SaaS products used by insurers, suppliers, police forces, and supporting organizations across the UK and internationally, giving engineering teams the opportunity to contribute to software with meaningful reach across the insurance ecosystem.
