As the Design Release Engineer, you will oversee the entire development process from concept to production. You'll ensure that all components meet crucial performance and quality standards while supporting builds and solving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and validate automotive door system components • Execute Design Verification Plans and enforce validation • Manage changes and maintain Bill of Materials • Collaborate with teams to address technical challenges • Support service teams with warranty issues and investigations
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • 1-3 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of door components and production processes • Familiarity with CAD tools like NX and CATIA V5 • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
