Autonomy Robotics Engineer: Localization & Motion Planning

Textron Specialized Vehicles in Ipswich designs and manufactures professional turf-care equipment under the Ransomes and Jacobsen brands. We seek a Robotics Engineer to develop autonomy algorithms for Jacobsen vehicles, focusing on localisation, navigation and motion planning, and to transition prototype systems to production-ready autonomy.

You will implement and tune algorithms (A, Hybrid A, DWA, MPC), integrate with ROS2, work with Test & Validation, and support simulation and digital twins
