AV Technology Deployment Manager

Coordinate AV technology deployments for Stingray’s enterprise clients, combining project governance, technical scope management, and client alignment. Work from Montreal with Fridays available remotely.

As Project Manager, you will lead audio, digital signage, and technology deployments through completion. You will coordinate AV Designers, field installers, and hardware vendors while managing budgets, timelines, risks, and complex requirements. This role also includes mentoring Project Coordinators and improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex audio and technology deployment projects end to end
• Coordinate technical scope with designers, installers, and vendors
• Identify risks and develop resourceful delivery solutions
• Run Pod Syncs with Account Executives and Account Managers
• Contribute to templates, site surveys, workflows, and reviews

Requirements:

• Three to five-plus years managing projects
• AV, digital signage, IT, telecommunications, or SaaS rollout experience
• Knowledge of commercial audio routing and display hardware
• Strong organization managing competing priorities and junior mentorship
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification considered an asset
