Availability & Service Continuity Lead, Remote (SC)

Access Computer Consulting plc is seeking an Event, Capacity, Availability & Service Continuity Manager based in Reading with 1 day on-site per week and 4 days remote. The role focuses on proactive management of service health, resilience and demand across the Service Management operating model.

You will govern Event, Availability, Capacity and Service Continuity Management, ensuring services remain reliable, scalable and recoverable as business needs evolve, working in a complex, multi-supplier
