Aviation Maintenance Training & QA Lead

Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking a Training and Development Specialist in the Vancouver area, based at the YVR South hangar in Richmond, BC. The role supports Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and the QA team through hands‑on training and program development.

You will design, implement, and continually improve training aligned with regulatory standards, while mentoring maintenance staff across day and night shifts.
