Avionics Engineering Program Analyst

As an Analyst, Engineering Program Management, you will define program goals and manage project portfolio strategies, schedules, and budgets. You will guide milestones, monitor performance, and support business decisions. The role requires strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate program goals, objectives, and business impact
• Develop and manage portfolio strategies, schedules, and budgets
• Present schedules and business cases to senior management
• Track metrics, report status, and adjust project plans
• Lead teams and manage project risks, costs, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred
• More than five years of relevant experience
• Strong project management and team leadership experience
• Superior written and spoken communication skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge, including Project
