Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President, Model & AI Governance to establish and oversee the enterprise framework for model governance, AI risk management, responsible AI and AI governance.

Reporting to the Chief Audit & Risk Officer, this executive provides independent second-line oversight of the organization’s models, analytics, ML, generative AI, and emerging AI technologies, ensuring deployments are safe, ethical, transparent, explainable, compliant, and secure.
