Overview

As an AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer on the AI Enablement Team, you design, deploy, and support scalable ML and GenAI capabilities across the organization. You will help turn offline model work into production-ready systems and develop tooling for training and inference at scale. You’ll apply CI/CD, automation, and IaC practices to improve reliability and security, while collaborating with data scientists and clients to meet requirements. This role combines AI/machine learning focus with platform engineering to advance Broadridge’s AI capabilities and business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Design ML deployment, monitoring pipelines and infrastructure for enterprise ML systems at scale
  • Operationalize offline models into production ML systems
  • Develop and deploy scalable ML training and inference tools and services
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of ML systems
  • Apply software engineering rigor to ML workflows, including CI/CD and automation
  • Support model development with emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security
  • Facilitate development and deployment of proof-of-concept ML systems
  • Communicate with clients to capture requirements and track progress
Key requirements
  • 5-8 years in cloud application development/administration with at least 4 years AWS & Terraform, Jenkins, CloudFormation or other IaC
  • Proven experience as Platform Engineer or ML DevOps Engineer on AWS Sagemaker and similar tools
  • Strong CI/CD experience; hands-on automation skills (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Shell scripting)
  • Hands-on skills in automation, IaC, logging/monitoring/observability, scripting languages
  • Experience building workloads on the cloud (preferably AWS)
  • AWS associate certification or cloud-related certification (Terraform/Chef) preferred
  • Understanding of AI/ML & Generative AI domain (advantage)
  • Ability to manage escalations, prioritize work, and coordinate across teams
  • Good knowledge of Chef / Python / Go and cloud networking, security principles
