AWS Cloud Security Engineer

AWS cloud security expertise meets hybrid work at Momentum Financial Services Group, protecting infrastructure, applications, and workloads. Design controls and secure engineering workflows.

As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will secure AWS environments through architecture, compliance, and DevOps integration. The work includes IAM, AWS-native security services, encryption, logging, network security, automation, and container protection. You will help advance cloud security practices across Momentum Financial Services Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AWS security architectures aligned with compliance and industry practices
• Manage IAM, Organizations, and Control Tower access controls
• Deploy Security Hub, GuardDuty, Macie, Inspector, WAF, and Shield
• Automate security using Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Bash, and PowerShell
• Embed security into DevOps pipelines and container environments

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT or security experience
• 4+ years focused on AWS cloud security
• Knowledge of AWS security, encryption, and key management
• Experience with vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and audits
• AWS Security Specialty or equivalent certification preferred
