AWS Data Pipeline Migration Engineer

Build AWS data pipelines with Python and SQL while supporting enterprise migration from on-premises environments to cloud infrastructure.

This Data Engineer contract supports a large enterprise transformation involving data integration and workload migration. You will develop pipelines, transform data, and partner directly with business stakeholders. The work also includes supporting enterprise platforms, applications, and applicable ML/MLOps integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines
• Migrate pipelines and workloads from on-premises infrastructure to AWS
• Gather, integrate, transform, and prepare multiple data sources
• Use Python and SQL for data development
• Support ML/MLOps integration into production environments

Requirements:

• Three or more years of Data Engineering experience
• Advanced SQL skills
• Hands-on AWS pipeline migration experience
• Strong AWS ecosystem experience
• Large enterprise experience and stakeholder communication skills
