Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in AWS, C#/.NET, and Python to lead the development team, drive technical delivery, and build scalable cloud-native applications and integrations.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable coding, solutioning, mentoring developers, and leading technical execution
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Drive technical design, architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
Develop and support APIs, microservices, and serverless applications on AWS.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams.
Manage technical delivery, resolve complex issues, and ensure quality outcomes.
Promote automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence.
Required Skills:
8+ years of software development experience.
2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
8+ years of Strong hands-on experience with:
AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
C#/.NET
Python
Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
AWS Certification.
Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.
