Build Cloud Platforms That Truly Matter
We’re hiring multiple AWS Cloud Native DevOps Engineers to join a high-performing engineering practice delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions across some of the UK’s most complex and mission-critical environments.
This is an opportunity to work on projects that genuinely make an impact — building resilient AWS infrastructure, driving automation at scale, and helping organisations modernise through cutting-edge DevOps and cloud engineering practices.
If you thrive in highly technical environments, enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, and want to work with modern cloud-native tooling and DevSecOps methodologies, this role offers the chance to accelerate your career alongside some of the best engineers in the industry.
The Role
- Design, build, and optimise secure AWS cloud environments
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
- Deploy and manage containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch
- Improve platform scalability, resilience, automation, and security posture
- Work within Agile delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Contribute to DevSecOps best practices and Zero Trust security models
What We’re Looking For
- AWS infrastructure deployment and management
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation / Pulumi)
- Scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- AWS networking knowledge (VPCs, subnets, security groups)
- Monitoring, logging, and observability tooling
- Strong troubleshooting and optimisation skills
- Experience working in secure or regulated environments
Why Join?
This is more than a DevOps role — it’s an opportunity to work at scale, influence engineering standards, and continuously develop your technical expertise.
You’ll benefit from:
- Access to industry-leading training and certifications
- Collaborative engineering culture with modern tooling and practices
- Opportunities to work on nationally significant programmes
Due to the nature of these projects candidates must have Active SC (Security Check) Clearance and Sole UK Nationality (dual nationality/citizenship cannot be considered for this position).
