Role Overview & Summary

Solution architects required to support overall cloud contact center migration and agentic AI initiatives across multiple business units. Accountable for developing both high-level and detailed solution designs in alignment with established enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural leadership and guidance throughout planning, design, integration, and implementation activities across dedicated migration and agentic AI workstreams.
  • Develop high-level and detailed solution designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
  • Drive technical integration between Amazon Connect and enterprise platforms, applications, and technology assets.

Must Have Skills

Required Skills & Experience

  • Core Architecture: Strong technical expertise in Amazon Connect and enterprise platform integration.
  • Specialized Requirement: Mandatory experience with Sierra.
  • Governance: Experience working within established enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.
