AWS Solutions Architect

In this role you design and deliver robust cloud-native platforms for diverse clients, aligning architecture with business goals. You’ll collaborate with client architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure value delivery while contributing to Reply’s reusable patterns and go-to-market assets. You’ll lead both delivery and pre-sales efforts, bringing an engineering mindset to solution design and implementation. This is a hands-on, cross-domain role focused on AWS, security, scalability, and regulatory alignment. You will shape architecture that fuels digital transformation at scale.

• Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native architectures across projects
• Translate business and non-functional requirements into secure, scalable designs
• Work across the solution stack with an emphasis on event-driven and decoupled architectures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate architecture into implementation
• Support pre-sales engagements, architecture assessments, and RFP responses
• Contribute to development of Reply's reusable patterns, reference architectures, and accelerators
• Stay current with cloud, automation, and AI enablement trends

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS
• Confident across application, data, and infrastructure domains
• Ability to communicate architectural vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus but not essential
• Experience working in agile delivery teams and supporting MVPs, PoCs, scaled implementations
• Comfortable operating in regulated environments and balancing innovation with compliance
