Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead backend engineering initiatives and ensure high-quality AWS solution delivery. The role involves technical leadership, API and microservices development, code quality, monitoring, performance optimization, and cloud-based application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend engineering teams and oversee AWS solution implementation.
• Ensure code quality, engineering standards, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and develop APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Develop and manage serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Implement messaging solutions using Amazon SQS.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and performance optimization practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support automated application deployments.
• Implement caching strategies and optimize database performance.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS .
• Strong programming experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud deployment.
• Experience with caching technologies and relational/non‑relational databases.
• Knowledge of application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
