Azure Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Reporting to the VP of IT, this manager leads five or more IT professionals and coordinates key technology partners. The work spans hybrid environments, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and security governance. It supports vulnerability management, incident response, ISO 27001 governance, and SOC 2 readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage identity, endpoint, network, email, and cloud cybersecurity
• Support vulnerability management, incident response, and security readiness
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, patching, and infrastructure security
• Improve endpoint management, service desks, onboarding, and offboarding
• Provide risk updates, KPIs, documentation, and operational reporting

Requirements:

• Eight-plus years of hands-on progressive IT experience
• Three-plus years leading infrastructure, support, or security teams
• Experience with Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Intune, and incident response
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, Zero Trust, and vendor risk
• Azure, security, endpoint, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or ITIL certifications preferred
