Azure Data Archtiect

Azure Data Architect | Outside IR35 | £550 - £650 | Hybrid | Nottingham

We're looking for an experienced AzureData Architect to help shape and govern enterprise data architecture across a range of business transformation programmes. You'll play a key role in defining data models, improving data governance, and ensuring data is effectively used across operational, analytical, and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models.
• Define data standards, governance, and best practices.
• Design end-to-end data flows and integration solutions.
• Support master data and information management strategies.
• Provide architectural guidance across projects and programmes.
• Work closely with business, analytics, and engineering teams to improve data quality and consistency.

Essential Experience

• Proven Data Architect experience within complex environments.
• Azure data platform knowledge.
• Strong data modelling and information architecture expertise.
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data integration, lifecycle management, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

• Salesforce data architecture experience.
• Master Data Management (MDM) experience.
• Exposure to analytics, AI, or machine learning initiatives.
