Azure Data Platform Systems Developer

Build Azure data platforms and automations as a full time Systems Developer with Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre in Regina or Saskatoon.

This permanent position serves as a technical expert supporting Azure, Power BI, education applications, and third party integrations. You will develop solutions across K-12 education systems while supporting IT service desk needs and organizational business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data integrations between education software applications
• Automate tasks using Python, PowerShell, and PHP scripting
• Create SQL queries for retrieval, manipulation, and reporting
• Test and debug applications and automations to resolve issues
• Deliver Azure cloud data platform solutions and automations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum three years of technical programmer or analyst expertise
• Strong knowledge of Python, PowerShell, PHP, and APIs
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and reporting
• Familiarity with Azure and K-12 education software systems
