The data office of a Canadian financial institution is evolving its enterprise data platform on Azure Databricks and needs a data engineer to design and maintain its pipelines.

What you will do

  • Design, build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines
  • Work on Azure Databricks with Data Factory, Data Lake and Azure DevOps
  • Model data and feed the data warehouse

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years in data engineering, intermediate level
  • Python, Spark and Databricks in production
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Montreal, hybrid, 3 days a week at the client headquarters
  • Full time, 24-month assignment
  • Freelance or permanent Abbeal employee
