Overview

As an Azure Integration Engineer/Architect you will design and deliver enterprise-scale integration solutions using Azure Integration Services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-native, secure integrations and modernise legacy interfaces. You’ll translate complex business needs into scalable integration architectures and hands-on implementations, driving governance and automated deployment. This role offers impact across large organisations and a chance to shape integration strategy and delivery. You will engage stakeholders to ensure practical, high-quality outcomes that align with the company’s cloud-first objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver enterprise-scale integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management)
  • Architect integration patterns and system-to-system connectivity across complex estates
  • Develop and manage API development, management, and integration capabilities
  • Implement Azure-native designs and governance with security best practices for cloud integrations
  • Lead DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for automated deployment and release management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments
  • Deliver integration programmes within large, complex organisations
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Modernise legacy integrations and drive cloud-native transformation
Key requirements
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management)
  • Enterprise integration architecture and design experience
  • API development, management and integration capabilities
  • System-to-system integration across complex application estates
  • Azure-native solution design and implementation
  • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and release management
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in integration environments
  • Experience delivering integration programmes in large organisations
  • Understanding of security, governance and best practices for cloud-based integrations
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
