Azure Solution Architect (Contract)

As a Solution Architect in AND Digital’s Enterprise Architecture function, you translate business goals into robust, scalable solutions across Payments, Data, and Applications. You work with Business, Infrastructure, Security Architects, and the Strategic Design Authority to drive agility, automation, and standardized patterns. You define roadmaps aligned with transformation goals, ensuring regulatory, security, and architecture governance are upheld. You collaborate with senior stakeholders and third parties to resolve gaps and optimize the technology estate. This role offers impact across large-scale programs within a fast-growing, globally active consultancy.

• Translate functional designs into high-quality technical architectures and assess options for outcome-based decisions
• Define technology roadmaps aligned with transformation goals and promote standardized patterns
• Ensure alignment with IT strategy, regulatory standards, security principles, and architecture frameworks
• Identify gaps, constraints, and risks; consolidate or retire legacy systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (up to C-suite) and external partners
• Adhere to Conduct Rules, regulatory guidelines, and Risk Management Frameworks (Information Security and Data Governance)

• Strong FS background with knowledge of Mortgages and Savings
• Proven experience delivering large-scale programs with governance and artifacts
• Hands-on design experience on Microsoft stack (Azure)
• Extensive solution architecture experience with TOGAF or similar frameworks
• Proven ability to communicate complex systems clearly across teams
• Strong cost, risk, time, and impact analysis skills
