BA Practice Lead: Drive Transformation & Standards

TRIA is seeking a seasoned Business Analysis Practice Lead to shape and mature the BA function during a major transformation. You will establish standards, governance and templates while building a community of analysts and embedding professional BA capability across the organisation.

Working with senior stakeholders, programme leadership and technology teams, you will drive consistency in requirements gathering, process improvement and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives.
