• Collaborating with engineering teams to remove friction and enhance developer productivity.
• Influencing technical direction across backend systems and shared components.
• Owning solutions end‑to‑end within a small, autonomous, engineering‑led team

What you bring

• Strong backend engineering in Java, Kotlin, Node.js or Python.
