Back-End Software Developer

As a Software Developer in the Document Management Systems team, you will build and maintain bespoke internal web applications that support the Peninsula Group. You’ll work in an established, Agile team to deliver stable, user-focused software used across the business, while collaborating with BAs, QAs, and other developers. The role offers growth through hands-on learning and the chance to contribute to mission-critical tools for hundreds of users. • Design, develop and maintain complex, bespoke web applications in an Agile environment
• Provide application support to internal and external users to ensure stable delivery
• Collaborate closely with BAs, QAs, and other developers
• Proactively suggest new tools and technologies to support development strategies and goals

• ASP.Net, C#, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience in a commercial environment
• Familiarity with building web services using C#
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience delivering and maintaining Web APIs
• Experience with .NET Framework/Core
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Experience working with a team
• Experience of unit testing frameworks
• PowerShell scripting experience (beneficial)
• Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS/GCP) beneficial
