Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an Architect role.
• At least 2 years of experience as a solution architect for large Backbase implementations.
• Good written communication skills; able to articulate and present solutions and design decisions to larger audiences and review teams.
• Ability to interpret and understand design, independently prepare high-level and detailed technical design documents for medium to large enhancements/developments.
• Ability to understand/analyze business requirements, enhancements and estimate effort required.
• Ability to articulate functional and technical requirements and share them with the team and/or client teams.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to business and senior management.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand impact of enhancements.
• Manage risks and issues related to deliverables in scope.
• Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in banking is an added advantage.
