Backend Developer Golang Node Pub / Sub

In this role you will help build and scale a real-time messaging platform that underpins a distributed infrastructure. You will own architecture decisions and deliver production-grade software solving performance, reliability and scalability challenges. You will work on low-latency messaging, Pub/Sub services, and state synchronization, leveraging AI tooling while staying focused on engineering quality. This position offers autonomous work in a fast-paced environment with collaboration across cross-functional teams and a path to meaningful impact at scale.

• design and implement new platform capabilities for a real-time messaging system
• improve performance, reliability and fault-tolerant behavior of distributed services
• work on low-latency messaging, Pub/Sub, and state synchronization
• contribute to AI-driven development infrastructure and production-grade software
• own architecture decisions, code quality, and technical direction
• collaborate with cross-functional teams and operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting

• backend development experience with Go, Node.js or another modern server-side language
• experience building or operating distributed systems, messaging platforms, event-driven architectures or streaming technologies
• understanding of scalability, concurrency, performance optimization and fault-tolerant design
• experience with Pub/Sub messaging
• comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• familiarity with modern AI development tools is a plus
• experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, streaming systems or cloud infrastructure is advantageous
