Voy is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up developing an all-in-one healthcare platform. Its platform helps users diagnose possible conditions, access treatment, and receive ongoing support to improve their quality of life.

Задачи:

• Разработать масштабируемые и надёжные системы
• Разработать основную функциональность для клиентских и внутренних продуктов, систем, платформ данных и e‑commerce возможностей с использованием современных фреймворков
• Разработать расширяемые платформы и архитектуру для запуска новых продуктов и линий бизнеса
• Разработать и поддерживать интеграции с внешними системами
• Разработать API, обеспечивающие веб и мобильные платформы на портфеле продукта
• Двигать влияние в команде
• Сотрудничать с инженерами, дизайнерами, QA, менеджерами продуктов, бизнес-стейкхолдерами и экспертами
• Владеть работой от начала до конца, от планирования и постановки до архитектурного дизайна, реализации, тестирования, развертывания и операций

Требования:

• Genuine enthusiasm for software engineering and practical problem-solving

• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to build and run services
• Eagerness to continuously learn, grow, and step outside the comfort zone
• Experience building web backends in Node.js/Typescript or willingness to learn on the job
• Familiarity with scalable cloud architectures, design patterns, and best practices
• Practical experience with CI/CD and IaC
• Experience with databases and data management practices, including relational databases and search engines
• Experience with TDD and testable code, including unit, integration, and performance testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply to non-engineering teammates
• Ability to work with low-level details while making trade-offs aligned with broader goals
• Nice to have: A degree in CS or equivalent, experience building scalable and highly reliable cloud systems supporting products used by millions of users 24/7, familiarity with modern JS frameworks, experience working in cross-functional teams, an eye for user behaviour and design, attention to detail

Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.
