ARQ is seeking a Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems powering our fintech products in a fast-growing environment in Greater London.

You will work on greenfield initiatives, build REST APIs, microservices, and core systems, with Java and Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD. Strong English communication and a track record in hypergrowth startups are preferred.
