In this role you will join a Backend team building core cloud-distributed systems for a market-leading product. You’ll design, develop and maintain backend ecosystems, scale capabilities, and contribute to CI/CD in a mature agile setting. The position emphasizes collaboration, strong coding quality, and interest in emerging tech such as AI/ML. London-hybrid work supports close cross-functional collaboration while you help shape scalable cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain backend ecosystems and features
  • Increase capacity and add capabilities for the product
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and processes
  • Collaborate in a mature agile environment within a cross-functional team
  • Contribute to cloud-based distributed systems and architectural decisions
Key requirements
  • Experience with cloud-based distributed systems
  • Golang as main language, with experience in 2+ of Java, Python, Rust, C++
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in solving complex problems with a creative approach
  • Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (advantageous)
  • Interest in AI and Machine Learning emerging technologies
