Overview

In this senior, hands-on backend role, you will architect, design and deliver features for a scalable fintech platform. You’ll own technical decisions within an Agile team and collaborate across engineering and product to提升 security, reliability, and performance. The role combines architecture, coding and mentorship in a hybrid, fast-paced environment that values continual learning. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape robust, maintainable systems at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, design and develop new features and enhancements
  • Ensure security, reliability, maintainability, usability and performance of systems
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and other dev teams on design and technical choices
  • Provide technical ownership in an Agile environment with emphasis on continual improvement
Key requirements
  • C# .Net Core backend development
  • experience with large, scalable systems
  • technical leadership experience (ownership of features)
  • collaborative and pragmatic mindset with ability to influence senior engineers
  • knowledge of event-driven architecture
  • strong CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms)
  • understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • awareness of Azure, SaaS, PaaS, microservices
