Overview
As a Backend Software Engineer you will design and deliver transformational client projects, primarily in financial services, with a focus on Kafka messaging, migrating legacy systems to AWS, and advancing CI/CD and cloud deployments. You’ll work within a collaborative team that emphasizes engineering excellence and continuous improvement, gaining broad client exposure and ongoing development opportunities. This role offers a hybrid pattern and a chance to shape scalable backend solutions in a dynamic, learning‑driven environment. You will contribute to impactful tech initiatives and collaborate across functions to deliver modern, reliable systems.
