Overview

In this Backend Software Engineer role, you’ll help build a Greenfield product to combat AI-driven security threats within a world‑class R&D environment. You’ll mainly code in Python, with opportunities to explore Rust and other emerging tech, in a fast, iterative setting. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive innovation and scale secure backend systems in the cloud. This is a chance to shape cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions with real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and prototype backend solutions for a Greenfield product addressing AI-based security threats
  • Contribute to structured software development and continuous improvement of platforms
  • Work with Python primarily, and also Rust/Typescript/C++ as needed in a rapid development environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Apply software engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable systems
  • Support problem solving and iteration through design, testing, and deployment
Key requirements
  • Advanced Python backend development experience
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Some experience with Rust, Typescript and/or C++
  • Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices
