Bakery Team Development Manager

Develop bakery talent and customer-first service at Save-On-Foods in Prince Albert, SK. This full-time schedule requires open availability and 40 hours weekly.

In this Assistant Department Manager, Bakery role, you will help lead team members and communicate important messages. Your work includes training, development, performance management, recognition, and identifying future leaders. Retail or customer service experience is an asset, alongside Food Safe Certification.
