, you’ll be the ultimate customer experience champion combining your teller skills, financial know-how, and sales savvy to help our clients thrive. From opening accounts and answering questions to uncovering solutions that help people meet their financial goals YOU are the go-to guide in their banking journey.
Whether youre just starting out or already a banking superstar, we have a spot for you on our dynamic team (Universal Banker I, II, or III).
Be the face of the bank: Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
Assist with everything from deposits and withdrawals to account management and loan payments.
Get to know your customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially.
Learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and level up with ongoing training.
Lead by example (UB III): Step up when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.
Universal Banker I
✔ 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality
Universal Banker II
✔ 1+ year in banking

OR

2+ years in customer service/cash-handling
✔ Degree in a related field can replace experience
Universal Banker III
✔ 3+ years of banking experience
✔ Tech-savvy with MS Office and banking software
