• The candidate should proactively connect with clients across the branch and in the community, understand their banking needs, offer help and advice, and look for sales and referral opportunities.
• The candidate must focus on educating clients and showing them how things work, using technology to create a good experience while also supporting sales and retaining business.
• The candidate must respond to client inquiries and assist them with a wide range of day-to-day financial transactions.
• The candidate should actively listen to clients and engage in conversations to better understand their individual needs.
• The candidate should take responsibility for resolving client issues and take steps to prevent future banking problems.
• The candidate must build and maintain good relationships with partners to create more business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must hold Mutual Funds accreditation or be willing to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
• The candidate should have a strong focus on putting clients first and be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• The candidate must have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, a willingness to learn, strong ethics, and ambition to succeed.
