Banking Centre Leader Aurora

Lead client experience and people performance as a Banking Centre Leader III with CIBC in Aurora, Ontario, working fully on-site.

In this 18-month assignment, you will lead Personal and Business Banking professionals toward exceptional client experiences. You will coach employees, develop relationships, support financial needs, and strengthen banking centre performance. The work supports clients securing futures, owning homes, and establishing businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-performing financial services professionals toward shared goals
• Hire, develop, and coach Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives
• Deepen client relationships and resolve complaints promptly
• Monitor business performance and implement action plans
• Manage risk and maximize market opportunities with partners

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• Experience coaching employees and inspiring successful team performance
• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals
• Goal-oriented, caring, accountable, and client-first leadership approach
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
