Banking Centre Leader Swift Current

Lead client service and people development as a Banking Centre Leader with CIBC in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. This is a full-time, on-site role.

As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will lead financial services professionals toward exceptional client experiences. You will hire, develop, and coach employees while supporting clients securing futures, owning homes, and establishing businesses. Success requires accountability for results, business performance, and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives toward stronger client relationships
• Coach employees and provide meaningful development opportunities
• Monitor business performance and implement action plans
• Resolve client complaints and escalate when necessary
• Develop community relationships and recruit aligned employees

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• Client-first approach with strong relationship-building abilities
• Experience coaching and supporting team members
• Goal-oriented, accountable, and initiative-driven leadership style
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
