Banking Centre Leader Vancouver

Lead banking operations and client service at CIBC’s Vancouver-Hastings & Penticton locations. Build relationships while coaching financial services professionals on-site full-time.

As a Banking Centre Leader II, you will guide Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives within Personal and Business Banking. You will deepen client relationships, support financial needs, and help clients secure futures, own homes, and establish businesses. The role combines people management, business development, performance monitoring, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-performing financial services professionals toward shared client experience goals
• Hire, develop, coach, and support team members
• Monitor business performance and implement action plans
• Build community connections and develop client relationships
• Manage and minimize risk across banking centre operations

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• Client-first approach with strong financial advising focus
• Experience coaching employees toward team goals
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
• Flexibility to work across multiple banking centres
