Banking Centre Leader Vineland

Lead client service and people management at CIBC’s Vineland-Heritage Village banking centre, working full-time on-site with financial services professionals.

As a Banking Centre Leader I, you will guide Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives toward exceptional client experiences. You will deepen relationships, support financial needs, monitor performance, and help clients secure futures, own homes, and establish businesses. This role requires coaching, accountability, and community connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-performing financial services professionals toward shared goals
• Hire, develop, coach, and support team members
• Monitor banking centre performance and create action plans
• Deepen client relationships and resolve complaints quickly
• Manage risk and maximize market opportunities with partners

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
• Experience providing coaching and hands-on team support
• Client-first, goal-oriented, and accountable leadership approach
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and nearby banking centres
