Banking Client Service Representative

Deliver welcoming banking service at ATB Financial’s Camrose branch while building client relationships and providing personalized financial guidance. Occasional travel to neighbouring branches may be required.

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and connect people with the right resources. You’ll introduce digital banking tools, collaborate with internal teams, and help ensure positive, efficient interactions. The role requires customer service or sales experience, numerical aptitude, and sound problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to understand financial needs and goals
• Provide tailored solutions, guidance, and appropriate resource connections
• Introduce and educate clients on digital banking tools
• Collaborate internally to resolve client issues efficiently
• Process transactions accurately while securing branch assets

Requirements:

• Grade 12 graduation; business courses are an asset
• Proven customer service or sales experience
• Strong numerical aptitude and decision-making skills
• Flexible, collaborative approach with passion for helping others
• Personal lending familiarity or banking experience is preferred
