Banking COE Manager – Personal Debt Solutions

BDO Canada is seeking a Manager, Banking to join our Banking Centre of Excellence within Personal Debt Solutions, anywhere in Canada. This leadership role oversees the COE and ensures high-quality, compliant, client-focused banking services across offices.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, allocate workloads, and coach a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has at least five years in insolvency, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
