• Originate and lead strategic transformation engagements with Tier-1 UK banks
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on operating models, digital/payments transformation, and AI/data usage
• Lead end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams and ensure client value realization
• Develop differentiated propositions, frameworks, and IP with an AI-enabled banking edge
• Drive business development, including qualification, propositions, proposals, and executive closing
• Mentor and develop consulting talent and contribute to practice building

• Significant experience (18+ years) in banking-focused management consulting or transformation advisory
• Proven origination and account growth with Tier-1 UK banks
• Credibility advising C-suite on business and technology transformation
• Deep knowledge of UK banking trends, competition, and regulation
• Track record leading large-scale transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams
• Clear point of view on AI and data in banking and responsible deployment in regulation
