As a Business Systems Analyst and Staff or Senior Consultant, you will support technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations. The work includes requirements analysis, systems integration, stakeholder communication, and agile delivery. You will collaborate with business, technical, data, technology, and third-party professionals. EY’s Canadian banking technology consulting team works with financial institutions to develop strategic solutions and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications
• Lead systems integration projects and roadmaps
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Deliver client engagements and build client relationships
• Support team development and develop new business ideas

Requirements:

• Two to five or more years of industry experience
• Experience designing technology solutions in financial services
• Experience using agile methodology practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Relevant technology, engineering, or financial services experience
