Banquet Event Setup Server

Turn banquet event orders into well-prepared meeting rooms while serving meals and maintaining Coast Hotels presentation standards. Flexible availability is required.

This Casual Banquet Server helps deliver Food & Beverage functions on the banquet floor. You set up rooms, serve guests, and ensure food and beverage items meet standards for freshness, appearance, and consistency. You also act on directions from banquet leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meeting rooms using banquet event orders
• Serve banquet meals to guests professionally
• Check freshness, appearance, and consistency of items
• Act on Banquet Captain or Manager instructions
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safe work practices

Requirements:

• One year minimum experience in a similar position
• Mandatory Serving It Right Certification or equivalent
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and self-motivation
• Ability to multitask in a multifunctional team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
