Location:

  • This is an in person BCBA role – services are primarily in Long Beach & South Bay, CA

  • BCBA’s may provide in-home, community-based, and/or center-based services at the center in Long Beach, CA

Requirements for the Role

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • 1+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • 1+ years of experience developing, implementing, and monitoring ABA-based intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral disorders, across different settings and funding sources.

BCBA Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay Range: $80,000-$95,000 per year

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week

  • Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week
