Key Responsibilities: • Build and supervise AI agents for issue handling • Own engineering support escalations from customers • Monitor application health and performance metrics • Define and lead on-call support standards • Automate manual processes in CI/CD delivery
Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience • Familiarity with AI coding tools and systems • Strong troubleshooting skills across tech environments • Background in monitoring and observability tools • Clear and effective written communication abilities
