Benefits Program Architect

Beeville Independent School District is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement employee benefits. You will work with benefits vendors, TPAs, and insurance providers to deliver comprehensive programs while maintaining accurate records and compliance.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on presenting information to individuals and groups. Prior benefits administration experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.
